– 1 jin of ground pork
– 2 spring onions
– 30 wonton skins
– 2 rapeseeds
Method for Spicy Wontons:
Step 1: Mince the ground pork finely! Chop one spring onion finely! Add one egg white and mix well to start wrapping the wontons. In the north, wonton skins are generally not sold, so wonton skins can be used instead.
Step 2: Wrap them in a similar way to wontons. The difference between wontons and wontons does not lie in the wrapping method. After wrapping, add water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat!
Step 3: Start preparing the seasonings. Pickled mustard greens are essential, cut chili into pieces and fry in hot oil to make chili oil, mince two cloves of garlic, add a few drops of sesame oil, and cut another spring onion into it. After cooking the wontons, pour them directly into the bowl of seasonings. Note, you should also pour in some soup.
