Ingredients for Spicy Red Oil Wontons: Sesame oil 1 tablespoon, Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons, Garlic to taste, Vinegar 2 tablespoons, White sugar a small amount, Green onions a pinch, Sichuan peppercorns to taste, Sesame seeds to taste, Chili powder to taste, Peanut pieces to taste.
Method for Spicy Red Oil Wontons: Step 1 Wontons are ready-made and can be stored in the freezer for consumption at any time. The wrapping process is not discussed here. Step 2 Place chili powder, Sichuan peppercorns, and white sesame seeds in a bowl. Heat a large amount of oil until it starts to smoke, then pour it into the bowl in batches to make the chili oil. Step 3 Add light soy sauce, sesame oil, white sugar, and vinegar according to personal taste to prepare the wonton sauce.
