How to Make Bingfen – A Sichuan Delicacy

Ingredients for Bingfen:
– Bingfen powder: 20g


– Boiled water: 2 jin (1 jin = 500g)


– Brown sugar: 25g


– Peanuts: to taste


– White sesame seeds: to taste


– Rice wine: to taste



Method for Making Bingfen:


Step 1: I use this quick method.


Step 2: Add 20 grams of bingfen powder. Prepare 2 jin of boiled water.


Step 3: Pour in 20 grams of bingfen powder into the prepared boiled water. Stir for 3 to 4 minutes. Allow to cool.


Step 4: Once the bingfen has cooled, you can add rice wine, crushed peanuts, white sesame seeds, and brown sugar.


Step 5: Success.
