Crispy and Delicious Oyster Fritters Recipe

Ingredients for Crispy and Delicious Oyster Fritters: Fresh oysters 250g, Baiweijia Crispy Frying Powder 50g, Chopped green onions 50g, Lettuce a few leaves, Water 60g.
Method: Step 1: Prepare the ingredients and wash them clean for later use. Step 2: Mix 50g of crispy frying powder with 60g of water in a dish until smooth and lump-free. Step 3: Add fresh oysters and chopped green onions, mix well to coat the oysters with the batter. Step 4: Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pan, wait for the oil to heat, and test the temperature with a chopstick; bubbles should form when inserted into the oil.


Step 5: Gently place spoonfuls of the oyster batter into the oil, starting from the edge to avoid oil splatter. Step 6: Once one side is fried, flip and fry the other side until golden brown and firm. The oysters are done when they form a hard block when picked up with chopsticks.
