Steamed Corn and Minced Pork Cake Recipe

Ingredients for Steamed Corn and Minced Pork Cake: Minced pork 400g, Corn kernels 100g, Salt half a teaspoon, White sugar half a teaspoon, Ground white pepper a pinch, Light soy sauce 1.5 tablespoons, Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon, Dark soy sauce a few drops, Cornstarch 1 teaspoon, Peanut oil as needed.
Method: Step 1: Prepare minced pork and corn kernels. Step 2: Season the minced pork with salt half a teaspoon, white sugar half a teaspoon, ground white pepper a pinch, light soy sauce 1.5 tablespoons, oyster sauce 1 tablespoon, dark soy sauce a few drops, cornstarch 1 teaspoon, and mix well. Then add an appropriate amount of peanut oil and mix again. Step 3: Beat the seasoned minced pork for 100 times, then marinate for 10 minutes. Step 4: Add corn kernels to the marinated minced pork, mix well, and pour into a steaming dish. Step 5: Steam over high heat for 12 minutes after the water boils.
