Ingredients for Spicy Wolf Tooth Potatoes: Potatoes – 5, Coriander – 2 sprigs, Onion – half, Rice Vinegar – 1 tablespoon, Light Soy Sauce – 1 tablespoon, Sesame Oil – to taste, White Sesame Seeds – to taste, Garlic Cloves – 8, Fine Chili Powder – 2 tablespoons, Soy Sauce – to taste, Cailin Five-Spice Chili Powder – 2 tablespoons, Salt – to taste, Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) – to taste, White Pepper Powder – a pinch.
Method for Spicy Wolf Tooth Potatoes: Step 1: Cut the potatoes into wolf tooth shapes, finely chop the onion, garlic cloves, and coriander. Step 2: In a small bowl, combine fine chili powder, Cailin five-spice chili powder, white pepper powder, salt, MSG, and white sesame seeds, mixing well. Step 3: Heat oil in a pan, pour the hot oil into the prepared mixture, and stir well. Then add light soy sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar, stirring until well combined.


Step 4: Fry the potatoes in the remaining oil in the pan until fully cooked, then remove the potatoes. Step 5: Use the oil left from frying the potatoes to stir-fry the finely chopped onions and garlic until fragrant, then add the potatoes.
