Cantonese Delicacy: Wonton Recipe

Ingredients for Wontons:
Pork belly 200g, Taro 300g, Flour 500g, Garlic two small cloves.



Wonton Making Steps:


Step 1: First, mince the pork belly and taro, then stir-fry with oil and garlic until cooked, and transfer to a plate as shown in the picture above.


Step 2: Spread the flour, and wrap it into a triangular shape.


Step 3: After wrapping, arrange on a plate and serve. It’s best to steam for three more minutes to warm the flour, making it even more delicious.
